A small South Wales charity is looking for volunteers to help individuals affected by brain injuries.
Headway Cardiff and South Wales is based in University Hospital Llandough, the organisation provides vital support to people who have had their lives changed due to an accident or illness and have been affected by a brain injury.
They help to adjust to the changes and look to help them maximise their independence, wellbeing, health and quality of life.
Enthusiastic, caring and sensitive individuals are called upon to engage with service users, assisting them in partaking in activities and with carrying out practical tasks such as making refreshments or tidying up.
Vacancies are available on Mondays and Fridays from 10.30am to 3pm.
If you would like more information you can email volunteers@headwaycardiff.org.uk or go on the charity's website headwaycardiff.com.
