THOMAS Eunice Eunice, of Dinas Powys died of heart failure on 16 August. She was 92. Ever her own person, loved and, as her late husband, George, knew, sometimes independent, Eunice will be very much missed by her children, Geraint, Catriona, Julien, Teresa and David, by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives in Wales and Australia, as well as by friends in the Catholic church, history society, Labour party and gypsy community. Resting at Green Willow Funerals, 21a Station Road, Dinas Powys, CF64 4DE until a civil funeral service at Barry Crematorium, Port Road East, Wenvoe, at 14.15 on Thursday 11 September. Do wear clothes that she would have approved of. Family flowers only, please. A memorial book will be available at refreshments after the service. Donations, if wished, to Ty Hafan children's hospice may be handed or sent to the Funeral Director. Eunice's ashes will be scattered privately at the same place as those of her late husband.
