RYAN Jayne Peacefully at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff on 20th November 2014, Jayne, adored wife of Mark, much loved mum of Miffy, Angharad, Trystan and Keira and devoted nana to Summer. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at All Saints Church, Penarth, on Tuesday 16th December 2014 at 1pm followed by cremation at Cardiff and Glamorgan Memorial Park Crematorium, Port Road, Barry at 2.15pm. Flowers to Green Willow Funerals or alternatively donations, if desired, may be made to the Kidney Wales Foundation via a retiring collection at the funeral service or can be sent directly to the Kidney Wales Foundation, 1 Radnor Court, 256 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff, CF5 1GZ.
