JONES Joan Louisa Passed away at Llandough Hospital on 14th January 2015, Joan beloved wife of the late Alfred Thomas. A dear mother and mother in law, loving grandmother and great grandmother. Resting at James Summers and son, Lavernock Court until the funeral service at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium,Port Rd., Barry on Wednesday 28th January at 4.00pm. Family flowers only, donations if wished may be made to the British Heart Foundation c/o the Funeral Director.
