THOMAS Theresa Elizabeth (Nee Mahard) Peacefully on 19th July 2015 at University Hospital of Wales aged 59. Beloved wife of Chris, loving Mum of Donna and Mark, mother in law to Paul and Louisa, devoted nannie of Ellicia, Jake and Max, sister of John and David. Resting at James Summers & Son, Lavernock Court until the funeral service at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium on Friday 31st July at 10am. Family flowers only by request. Donations in Theresa’s memory may be made to either Velindre Hospital or Diabetes UK c/o the funeral director.
