PHILLIPS Rachel Susan ‘Rae’ On Tuesday, 2nd August 2016, Rae passed suddenly but peacefully away at home, aged 55 years. Dearly loved and cherished wife of the late Ashley Peter Phillips, devoted mother of Luther Ashley Phillips and loving daughter of Pauline Susan Hooper. Rae was loved and respected by so many and she will be sadly missed by everyone. The funeral service will be held at The Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium on Friday 19th August at 2pm.
