REES Harold Paul Sadly on 17th October at Llandough Hospital, Harold aged 85 years of Penarth. Beloved husband of Ann and devoted father of Christopher and Hilary. Former Town Mayor of Penarth and former Chairman of the Vale of Glamorgan Council. Private committal service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Wednesday 8th November at 1.00pm, followed by a service at Elfed Avenue United Church at 2.00pm. Family flowers only, if desired donations may be handed in at the church at the end of the service for the Salvation Army.
