WILLIAMS Patricia Nee Macdonald 'Pat' Pat peacefully passed away after a short illness on 17th January 2018, aged 91. Wife of the late Don, loving mother of Ian and Peter, beloved grandmother of Claire, Angharad, Jessica and Tom and great grandmother of Luke and Tomos. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will be held on Monday 19th February at St. Peter's Church, Dinas Powys at 10.30, followed by interment at St. Andrew's Cemetery at 11:30.
