SHALE Dennis John (PROF) The family would like to express thanks for the wonderful care from Dr Khan, Dr Sloan, the late Dr Evans and all the staff at Stanwell surgery in looking after Dennis throughout his illness. Also Ceri and the wonderful district nurse team who were so caring and compassionate with all of us. Thanks also to Julia and the team at James Summers for their support at this difficult time. Lastly, the Marie Curie carers, holistic therapy team and Dr Jo Hayes who were with us all right until the end. If attending Dennis' funeral on Friday 9th June, please wear a splash of colour in his memory.
