GARLAND I wish to thank everyone who made my retirement after nearly 30 years so special. I have been overwhelmed by the cards, gifts and generosity. I will always remember the special efforts put in by Julie Thompson, Head of Dinas Powys Infants School, Jill Davies, Governor, the staff, parents and children, my special tea party, visiting the Vale Mayor in his parlour for tea and the last assembly.
