A FORMER Sully resident who scooped £32,000 on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire has helped her husband win the £1 million jackpot.
Diana Ingram, nee Pollock, 37, grew up in South Road, and after winning her money last April wrote 'Win A Million', due to be published by Blake soon.
And thanks to her book, her husband Major Charles Ingram has won the top prize,in a programme set to be screened last Tuesday but postponed following the attacks on America.
It's the third success for Diana's family. Her computer consultant brother Adrian Pollock, 40, who also grew up in Sully, has been on the show four times and has won £32,000.
Nursery nurse Diana and Charles, 38, now live in Easterton, Wiltshire, with their children Portia, ten, Rosie, eight, and Hester, five.
Diana said their "unbeatable" system uses a series of mathematical calculations and the family's experience on the gameshow.
She added: "Adrian thought of how to get on the show and I wrote the book. I used Adrian's formula when I went on the show both times and Charles used it. It worked for us."
Major Ingram said: "I followed the secrets in this book and won a million from Chris Tarrant."
The book includes methods for the crucial phone-in, the ringback, the fastest finger round and the phone a friend option.
"All you can do is minimise your reliance on luck," said Diana.
A spokesman for Celador, which makes the ITV programme, said a new date for the show has not been scheduled yet.
