Penarth club reaches pool finals

ELFED AVENUE Young Peoples Club were well represented at this year's NACYP national pool finals in Southport.

Damion Carter, Miles Wilton and Dean Ford played extremely well with Damion taking a runners-up medal and Miles and Dean reaching the semi-finals against strong opposition from across the UK.

This after winning through the Welsh regional heats played at Grangetown and Ogmore. Reaching the National Finals is an achievement in itself of which the three should be proud of.

An excellent time was had and the club would like to thank the NAYP for such an enjoyable and well organised event.
