A PENARTH star is appearing in Orbit Theatre's 42nd Street to be performed in Cardiff later this month.

Maris Lyons will appear in the Broadway musical which runs from Monday, October 22 until Saturday, October 27 at the New Theatre.

Winner of the coveted Tony Award, 42nd Street conjures up the sheer magic of Broadway with its big dance routines and monster hit numbers including We're In The Money, Lullaby of Broadway, Shuffle off To Buffalo and the big finale of 42nd Street itself.
