Hilary investigates why people choose certain colours to wear, to decorate their homes with, and for their cars.
She will reveal what these choices indicate about people's lives and how they can improve them . Hilary is just one of over 70 exhibitors offering treatments including crystal therapy, feng shui, aromatherapy, reflexology and allergy relief as well as training colleges who will be available throughout the show to offer sound advice.
Vale of Glamorgan crystal therapist Kim Dowdell, show organiser with exhibition company Vision for Living, said: "This is an opportunity to bring together lots of natural ways of getting healthy together under one roof so that people can sample alternative healing methods."
This year's guest lecturer is Dr William Bloom, one of Britain's leading holistic teachers, who is renowned within his field for his work with relationships, angels and increasing life's 'feel good factor'.
Dr Bloom will be giving a lecture on improving relationships both at home and at work. The show takes place from 10am until 6pm on both days in the Students Union on Senghenydd Road. Prices start at £2 for concessions and £3 for adults.
