Penarth visit Lansdowne Road

PENARTH RFC U-14S visited Ireland's National ground at Lansdowne Road to see their win against Western Samoa recently.

This visit ended a weekend tour in the Dublin area where they played three matches against some tough and often older players and despite being unable to register a win, showed guts and skill to keep the scores down.

Results: Penarth 5, Monkstown 13; Penarth 0, Clantarf 12; Penarth 0, Malahide 12.

The try for Penarth was scored by Dwaine Ibbertson. Despite the defeats, the boys had a great weekend and must be complimented on their behaviour on tour representing their club and country.

The team would like to thank Mark, Kelvin and Paul for their help.
