CD Review

SMASH HITS 2002 is a high-octane compilation album, full of happy lyrics and disco kick.

It features many of today's top artists including SClub7 with Have You Ever, Blue with If You Come Back and Popstars runner-ups Liberty with Doin' It.

It also features the stars of hit series Making The Band O-Town with their hit song Liquid Dreams.

Popular Nelly Furtado stars with Turn Off The Light, along with City High and their current hit What Would You Do?

The brilliant cross-genre Let Me Blow Your Mind by Eve and Gwen Stefani adds some spice, as does Gabrielle with Don't Need The Sun To Shine.

Kate Winslet's music debut What If from the current film A Christmas Carol is strong, as is Princess of Pop Kylie Minogue's Can't Get You Out Of My Head.

For the dance fans, there's Creamy with Never Ending Story and The Ones with 'love it or hate it' song Flawless, and for the cutesy pop generation there's Allstars with Things That Go Bump In The Night and Bob The Builder with Mambo No.5.

A fantastic album with enough different types of grooves to suit every taste.
