THE LETTER by Caroline Fairclough goes on about incitement to racial hatred, regarding the "special feature" on asylum seekers in the Penarth Times.

The point is we have freedom of speech and freedom of the press in Britain and all opinions should be stated, which the Penarth Times has done.
