Ninja Tots classes huge success

LYNNE has introduced these classes to give the younger ones a chance and to channel them into martial arts at an early age.

It not only teaches them self defence, but helps teach them self awareness, disciplines, balance and co-ordination, and most importantly, how to respect one another from an early age.

The classes are designed to gently introduce children from the age of three years, (Ninja Tots) into the world of martial arts, teaching them through play, and creating a safe and enjoyable environment in which to train.

The new recruits told the Times: "Learning martial arts is great, and Lynne is a great teacher, and she has lots of patience.

"We learn through play, and have lots of fun. Some of us are now ready to move up to the intermediate class where we will learn to spar, and who knows, maybe one day some of us will be representing Wales and United Kingdom alongside the more advanced students. Our mums have a class as well which is for ladies only."

Lynne is now starting classes for those with special needs and disabilities, and extra day time classes for ladies and pre-school (Ninja Tots).
