WHAT a pleasure it is to see the completion of the restoration of the Custom House.
The proprietor is to be congratulated for his investment in the architectural heritage of Penarth.
It should be even more warmly welcomed, since the seafront, by comparison, becomes even more run-down and tacky as each year goes by.
