EARLY last Thursday evening a lady came to Penarth Conservative Club, bringing with her a photograph of our premises taken at the time the Prince William Suite had recently been completed.

The framed photograph had been found in her garage.

The lady in question gave the photograph to George Brown, a past chairman of the club, and left the premises.

I would very much like to thank the lady in person and would ask, through the Penarth Times, that she contact either myself, or the club secretary, Graham Ashford.
