LOCAL young people can keep themselves entertained this summer by participating in the Art Cart, which forms part of the Ceri Richards exhibition, currently being staged at the National Museum, Cathays Park, Cardiff, until October 27.
The Art Cart is held daily up until August 30, and during the October half-term, from 12.30-4.30pm, as well as every weekend throughout the duration of the exhibition.
Youngsters can make their very own work of Ceri Richards, as the activity cart contains a range of materials and activities for children and parents of all ages.
'Themes and Variations: A Select Retrospective' is the first major exhibition of Ceri Richards work in twenty years.
The exhibition will also include documentary information, photographs, sketchbooks, drawings, recordings of music and poetry, as well as archive footage of an interview with the artist by John Ormond during the 1970's. For further information, Tel. 029 20397951.
