Enthusiasm

Now that the tall ship the STS Stavros S Niarchos has left, I would like to thank all the people who gave her such an enthusiastic welcome in Barry. In the limited time, we took about 800 people on the tour of the ship, and to those who were disappointed, my apologies we will ask next year for an open day on Saturday with rather longer hours.

The money we raised goes to help young people from this area to take advantage of the Sail Training Association's two tall ships the other is the STS Prince William.
