BUSH and Blair have declared war on 'world terrorism' and they want to spread democracy around the world.

They have to be careful about making it appear to be a war between the white race and the coloured races.

Then because democracy means 'majority rule' and since, if the coloured races united they would be in the majority, they could demand to rule in a UN world government.
