DVD review 'ocean's eleven'

WHAT would you do for $150 million? Would you risk your life in one of the most daring heists ever planned? Well, that's exactly what happens in the hit movie Ocean's Eleven.

Starring George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Andy Garcia and the stunning Julia Roberts this film is very entertaining.

It's a modern remake of the film, which boasted such names as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davies Jnr, and to be honest, it does quite a decent job.

The plot is still the same. After just making parole, Danny Ocean (Clooney) sets about planning the biggest job of his thieving career.

In one night, he wants to hit three of the most highly protected casinos in Las Vegas.

Why? Well, the money is a bonus, but the real reason could be that the casino baron Terry Benedict (Garcia) is dating Ocean's ex-wife Tess (Roberts). The plot thickens.

It's a 12 certificate, and nothing in the film suggests it should be anything else.

With lovely one-liners and Clooney's well-known dry delivery of humour, this is a good, solid entertainer with a very happy ending.
