Bad parking
I AM writing to voice my concerns about the parking of vehicles in the Albert Road area of Windsor Terrace Lane.
As I was trying to go down there to visit, there was barely enough room to go past the parked cars.
How an emergency vehicle would ever get down there I have no idea.
Surely the obstruction that is caused is illegal?
