Left it out

IN his amusingly titled annual report John Smith MP sets out some key facts for the public.

However it is more interesting to see what has been left out. Quickly I thought of a few:

Increase in taxes this April; rocketing council tax; underfunded police; student tuition fees scandal; people's pensions collapse; post offices closing; hospital waiting list at an all time high;

War with Iraq.

He poses with the police but his government failed totally to ensure proper levels of cash for our boys in blue.

The increase in National Insurance payment will be in effect an income tax increase.

They have totally failed to protect peoples' company pensions.

How can Labour, aided and abetted by the Liberal Democrats, sleep at night with the hospital waiting lists going through the roof?

All in all I think the record of Labour is pretty poor.
