Not owner

WITH REFERENCE to your story on the Washington Gallery and its cafe in your issue of Thursday, February 27, can I correct you on one point?

I am not, as the headline stated, the "owner".

The Washington is a not-for-profit charity run by volunteer board members, including local councillors, and I am happy to be appointed by them as the director of this centre for arts and crafts, which includes, as your story says, a busy cafe.
