Cold chips

HAVING lived in the luxury of the town centre all my life, what a shock it has been to move to lower Penarth, to find nothing there!

I have only discovered three shops, and worst of all you cannot buy a paper before 8am, unless you are prepared to walk to Cornerswell Road, which is a bit of a haul!

There's no fast food available, so I tried Cornerswell chippy, but by the time I got back to St Luke's Avenue, my sausage and chips were stone cold.

I say wake up lower Penarth, get into the modern world now!
