Top health

WITH ALL the fuss made today about keeping fit, eating the right foods etc, I am beginning to think my parents and I were encouraging all sorts of health problems, yet, we were seldom ill, on all the roast potatoes, pastries, suet puddings, dumplings, tarts etc that we consumed.

We were all very active, never overweight and had glowing skins and healthy hair, no doubt helped along by all the fresh fruit!

As for colonic irrigation, we drank gallons of water.

Of course inner contentment counts for a lot, and to be very physical is very good for the soul, and a sedentary life is the worst possible thing!
