Shortfall

IT HAS come to the attention of the Governing Body of St Cyres School that information published in the Penarth Times, and other media, announced that St Cyres school was to share an additional £100k towards the extra costs of the split site school.

This is incorrect.

In the forthcoming budget a sum of £10k is allocated.

However, due to inadequate funding from ELWA this will not be available for split site costs, but to reduce the deficit caused by that lack of funding.
