Surprised

I was surprised to read the recent letters in the Penarth Times regarding the attitude of the staff at the Civic Amenity site in Sully.

As a regular user of this facility for many years I have noticed a vast improvement in the cleanliness of the site since the current staff were appointed and I have always found them helpful and courteous.

Could it be that the staff are not too courteous to the members of the public who cannot be bothered to wait in the queue but use the exit road to deposit their waste in the wrong skips? Keep up the good work, you're doing an excellent job.
