Poor Rosie

I regularly walk my dog around the Cowslip Estate and I want to bring to your readers attention the state in which a goat called Rosie is kept in.

This goat lives in a ramshackle pen off Rockrose Way.

I have taken it upon myself to contact the RSPCA to report this animal's living conditions, this time last year.

Nothing has happened, and this goat is in danger of being killed by the rubbish in its pen.

As if this was not bad enough, some school children are teasing poor Rosie as well.

People living nearby have tried to do something about it.

Will the RSPCA take notice if the Penarth Times takes an interest?

Don't believe all you see on Pet Rescue, it's not true in real life.
