It's rubbish

I live opposite Alun Davies and agree with the comments about wheely bins in the Penarth Times on May 1.

Two weeks ago, I watched as the bin man picked up the black bag that I had placed inside my bin and not bothered to check that there were more bin bags beneath.

I was left with rubbish for a week.

What are we paying our overinflated council tax?
