Court out

THE PROBLEM regarding car-parking spaces in Penarth still rambles on without solution.

It is felt by many that this problem is of paramount importance to the future prosperity and well being of Penarth.

Therefore, I make the following proposals for discussion:

The tennis courts in Rectory Road be turned into the town's car park, nice and convenient for local shoppers, and the existing courts be moved to the redevelopment of the Billybanks.

This would give the town its much- needed car park and the tennis courts a good membership catchment area for members.

I also believe that this would increase the value of new and existing properties in the development area.
