Clowns!

I NOTICED in the Penarth Times the "usual suspects" supporting the pedestrianisation of Lower Glebe Street. I also looked at the pretty artist's impression you printed of how it should look.

The only thing that was missing was the pretty double yellow lines and the pretty traffic wardens.

We did have a clown all week, but unfortunately not the clowns that railroaded this decision through the council.

As a Council Tax payer, I would like to know what this has cost us.
