Parking

I AM writing in support of Paul Church's recent letter in the Penarth Times regarding the need for extra parking in the centre of Penarth.

Surely visitors and shoppers are put off by parking tickets! The free shoppers' car parks in Barry help their trade. Suitable sites in Penarth seem to have been ignored.

I believe the Vale should look at the full picture instead of the "snapshot" strategy apparently in force and car parks should be a priority in the town centre and the seafront.
