Tots raise cash for charity

TUMBLE TOTS of Penarth helped to raise money for the NSPCC by taking part in the Walk a Mile Share a Smile fundraiser.

The nationwide charity challenge was run on Thursday, July 1, at Albert Road Methodist Church. Tots had to go through tunnels and walk over balance beams. They were all sponsored to complete the course.

Similar courses were set up across the United Kingdom to raise money for the charity. The idea was thought up to celebrate the Tumble Tots programme reaching the quarter of a century mark.

HTV presenter Juliet Piper, who is married to boxer Nicky Piper with their son Oliver, took part in the event. Juliet presented the tots with certificates to say they had completed the challenge.

Here are a few action shots of the toddlers doing the obstacle course.
