Too loud (From Penarth Times)

Too loud

LAST Friday we booked a very much looked forward to lunch with five friends at El Puerto on Penarth Bay.

Everything was good except the very loud music we had to endure. I asked the waiters three times if they could turn it down. In desperation I asked to see the manager who came and just threw his arms in the air and said 'What's the problem, it's Christmas!'

Consequently we all left after the meal with no dessert or coffee as we literally couldn't hear each other speak. I cannot see the problem with turning the music down as we were the only ones in the ground floor dining room.

We were very disappointed and shan't go there again.
