HAVING been to the Vale Council Civic Amenity site (skips etc), Hayes Road, Sully recently, I would like you to know how impressed I was with the facility.

I was in the queue only a matter of minutes before I was putting my items in their respective skips.

All the skips are clearly marked, what to put where etc, with attendants to advise and help if in doubt.

There are even facilities for waste oil, batteries, shoes and plastic bottles etc.

Well done to the Vale Council!
