Eyesore

IN my opinion, the complete demolition and redevelopment of the area surrounding the now rain-sodden derelict ruin at the far end of Penarth Marina, known as the ex-Custom House/Dock Offices, is way behind time (two, three or four decades).

A recent letter describes a proposed redevelopment scheme as hideous.

What is more hideous than the eyesore there now?
