Anti social

I VERY much welcome the three-week initiative by the Vale Council in deciding to lock up Alexandra Park on Friday and Saturday nights to try to prevent the anti-social yob element from continuing their vandalism.

I walk in the park nearly everyday - it is something for Penarth residents to be proud of and it deserves protecting.

That is why I'm repeating my call for the police to not only offer their support, but more visible police in Alexandra Park and Windsor Gardens wouldn't go amiss.

Let's wait and see, shall we!
