So proud

WE would like to take the opportunity through the Penarth Times to say how very proud we are of Gerald, Andrea and Carl Hopkins.

We know that the pain of losing Craig has been almost unbearable for them. However, the courage, strength and dignity they have shown has been truly remarkable. They are an inspiration to us all.

The recent verdict at the trial was devastating and we were all numbed and shocked by the outcome as we feel there was no justice for Craig on that day.

We know the loss of our nephew has touched the hearts of the community.

We'd like to say a big thank you to all who have shown kindness and continued support. This has meant so much to us as a family.

We'd also like to finish by telling Gerald, Andrea and Carl that we love you so very much and will always be here for you.
