Unsightly

I THINK it's a great shame the derelict, neglected eyesore at the bottom end of Albert Road, Penarth, is still the same unsightly mess as it has been for many years.

It is unfair, and a blight to the businesses and traders at the lower end of Albert Road and Ludlow Lane, especially as a lot of investment has been put into snooker hall/fruit market building now known as Hampsons in Ludlow Lane.
