SO the Vale Council is going to spend £3.9 million on private dwellings in Penarth.

Isn"t it about time they spent money on their own properties such as St Paul"s Avenue and St Luke"s Avenue

A lot of these premises have damp and many door security buzzers don"t work properly, making people kick doors to gain entry. The kitchens are out of date - I could go on. These properties need upgrading badly.

The council may reply and say they have put fencing around the areas which looks nice, but inside the homes need to be sorted.
