Clean up

I WOULD like to thank Michael O"Neill for his excellent letter on the state of Swanbridge Beach (Penarth Times, June 16).

When we were kids we used to walk down there from Penarth and spend the day there and also on the island.

It was such a lovely place and can be again if certain people would get their finger out and proceed to clean it up. It is a very pretty area and a beautiful view.

It is now a health hazard and if the health inspector would care to take a trip down there with a peg on his/her nose they can watch the rats at play.

This is a gross case of vandalism.
