Dilapidated

WITH reference to last week"s letter "Sea Front".

In reply, I believe the general consensus in Penarth is that the buildings known as Beachcliff have been allowed to dilapidate by their owners.

The only question is why has the town council allowed it to happen, and yes, why have the buildings never been listed?

The beach front was loved by so many but is being destroyed by so few.
