Clinic stress

I WOULD like to thank family, friends and work colleagues for the flowers, cards, kindness and support they gave me over the last few weeks since I found another lump in my breast, and especially my husband John for putting up with my miseries.

I was one of the lucky ones who discovered that the lump was benign.

There were four ladies who attended the clinic at the same time as myself who were not so lucky.

I do wish them all the best.

The stress that you experience because of the long waiting process does not help your situation. This is why it is so important that the system is speeded up.

May I just say that once you are attended to at the UHW Breast Clinic, the team works very efficiently.
