Best feet forward!

GERAINT Hopkins, a Year 7 pupil at Stanwell School, has raised more than 150 in sponsorship for Ty Hafan Children's Hospice.

Geraint is a new member of the Falcon Runners, an informal group of children, mums and dads who run every Sunday between 9am and 10am around Cosmeston Park.

The Falcon Runners is guided under the stewardship of Mandy, who is pictured with James, Geraint, Josh and Manuel.

This was the fourth time Geraint had completed the seven kilometre run and afterwards he said: "It is a long way but it is getting a bit easier each time I do it.

"I was really pleased to finish the run today because it means that I have raised a lot of money for Ty Hafan."
