THE article concerning Arriva Trains in last week"s Penarth Times has indeed concerned me.

When the Arriva Trains manager went to Scrutiny, they assured councillors that the new timetable would improve the reliability of the service. It seems not so.

So I am calling in this matter so that we can discuss the train service at the Economy and Environment Scrutiny Committee.
