I WAS amazed to read on page three of last week s Penarth Times that our local police had mustered a large enough force to blockade all the exits to Cosmeston Park and position a helicopter overhead on Sunday.

Had Osama Bin Laden been sighted or a mass murderer escaped?

No - apparently a sexually frustrated male with an exhibitionist bent and a sartorial preference for a baseball cap but no trousers had been spotted.

On page 12 of your paper I found a possible reason for this occurrence.

You printed a charming photograph of a happy, attractive nude couple - not a single baseball cap between them - advertising a Walk for Skin in that very same park on Sunday, May 14.

The elusive fugitive was possibly getting in some early training.
